Cesc Fabregas has dismissed rumours that he may be set for return to Premier league football by saying that he would like to retire at Barcelona. Fabregas came through the ranks at Barcelona before joining Arsenal as a teenager for £ 2 million.
He went on to have eight successful years at the Premier league outfit during which time he also became one of the world's best midfielders. Barcelona recently took him back to the club in order to be a potential replacement for Xavi, who is entering into the twilight of his career.

Cesc Fabregas has said that it would be great if Barcelona signs the Liverpool goalie Pepe Reina next summer.
Victor Valdes who has been the first choice keeper of Barcelona since quite a while is believed to make a move abroad at the end of this season. That would force Blaugrana to look for a quality goal keeper and Fabregas thinks that Reina will be a good choice.
Reina is currently playing for Napoli on loan, but, he is not expected to sign a permanent deal with the Italian club next summer.

Barcelona midfielder Cesc Fabregas has apparently told his friends in England that he would quit the club for regular first team football at Manchester United as well as the chance to reunite with Robin van Persie with whom he enjoyed a successful partnership during their time at Arsenal.

Paris St Germain were recently knocked out of the Champions League by Barcelona on away goals after a 3-3 aggregate score between the two clubs in the quarter finals.
PSG were one of the teams that came extremely close to knocking the Spanish club out of the competition. They were leading 3-2 on aggregate until the 70th minute mark before Barcelona managed to equalise the match. PSG manager Carlo Ancelotti has said that the team should now be focusing on the league campaign and completely forgetting the match against Barcelona.

The Barcelona midfielder, Cesc Fabregas, has admitted that his team wasn’t at its best in the Champions League match against AC Milan which was played yesterday. But, the Spanish midfielder has assured the fans that the team will bounce back and will make its way into the quarterfinals of the Champions League.
Barcelona was defeated by Milan last night. The Italian giants won the match convincingly by 2-0. The match was played at Stadio Giuseppe Meazza.

The Barcelona midfielder, Cesc Fabregas, has denied the reports of dispute between him and the Barcelona manager, Tito Vilanova.
Fabregas hasn’t been given regular starting opportunities in the ongoing season and there have been reports that Fabregas is not happy with his exclusion from the first XI more often than not. But, the former Arsenal player said that all these reports are just rumours. Everything is all right between him and Vilanova.
