Cesc Fabregas took after 9 Months to be Player of Chelsea

It took Cesc Fabregas almost 9 months for him to lift his 1st title as a player of Chelsea as the Spanish midfielder secured the Football League Cup on March 1 after his team claimed a 2-0 victory over Tottenham Hotspur.

Cesc Fabregas booked again for Simulation

There was yet more controversy in a Chelsea game after midfielder Cesc Fabregas was booked for simulation when the Spaniard said that there was clear contact.

CHELSEA MAKING PROGRESS

Chelsea continue making their way past everyone and everything in their path with their latest Premier League match concluding in a 2-0 victory over West Bromwich Albion

The dominance that the team of Jose Mourinho had in the game was not displayed in the scoreboard as Chelsea had a number of chances on scoring more goals and if it hadn’t been for a superb performance from the English goalkeeper Ben Forster, the scoreboard would have been much worse for West Bromwich Albion.

Oscar happy with Cesc Fabregas new addition in Team

Chelsea midfielder Oscar has claimed that the arrival of Cesc Fabregas has taken the team to a new level.

The 27-year-old came to the club from Barcelona in the summer for a fee of around £ 27 million. Being an established international with more than eight years’ experience of playing in the Premier league, Fabregas did not take long to make an impact in this Chelsea team. He has been paired along with Nemanja Matic in a deeper midfield role. He may have scored only two goals in all competitions for his new club, but Fabregas has been directly responsible for 11 goals.

Pochettino wants to match Wengar in time as manager

Arsene Wenger has been in charge of Arsenal for over 15 years and Mauricio Pochettino wants to stay as the manager of Tottenham Hotspur for a period of time similar to Wenger with Arsenal.
‘’I have full respect for him he is a great manager. An 18-year stay in charge is not easy. Tottenham is a big job and it’s a dream to stay here like Arsene at Arsenal. I need to show my skill, work hard and get results’’ Pochettino said.

Scholes Unhappy With Club Race For Fabregas

Manchester United legend Paul Scholes has claimed that he is still not happy with the way his club last out in the race to sign Cesc Fabregas. Chelsea claimed the transfer of the Barcelona midfielder for £ 27 million and he straightaway made a huge impact for the team in the 3-1 victory over Burnley. The midfielder created two assists while also controlling the game from the middle of the park. He formed an excellent partnership with Nemanja Matic and this was highlighted by Jose Mourinho after the match.
